What the first AI response got right and what we changed
We ran the German briefing once with GPT-6 Luna through Codex. The scenario is fictional: a five-page physiotherapy website, no new booking system, no approved price and an unconfirmed October delivery wish. No customer data was used. This English summary is a translation, not a second model run.
The first response kept the five pages and exclusions, invented no price, left the date unresolved and separated internal questions from the customer text. We changed “Einpflege” to clearer German wording and changed the next step: confirm scope and clarify price and terms before requesting project materials.

Prepare the source facts first
Collect the customer, requested outcome, deliverables, exclusions, price basis, schedule and open questions in one input sheet. If a required fact is missing, the workflow should flag it rather than filling the gap.
